My Paris Concierge is a private concierge service based in Paris, but offering its services worldwide. They handle essential tasks so you can free up time to enjoy life with family and friends.

My job

My main task was to revitalize the brand by creating a new visual identity, including a new logo and a redesign of the website. Throughout this project, I used Ionos and WordPress to build the site.

UX research

To better understand the needs of the company and its users, I undertook the following actions:

• A competitive analysis of high-end concierge services

• The creation of personas representing the target audience

• An analysis of the existing website’s weaknesses to identify areas for improvement

Conception and prototype

I started by creating low-fidelity wireframes to organize the pages and interactions.

Next, I developed the UI design in Figma, which included:

• Creating reusable components (buttons, cards, forms)

• Designing the final desktop and mobile mockups

• Preparing interactive prototypes to simulate navigation and test the user experience
